Paeonia 'Mikunino-akebono'
This sensational and truly unique tree peony has pure milky white single flowers borne in abundance. They are deeply fimbriated at the edges, as if they have been cut by a pair of fringing scissors, each flower showing this charactaristic is variable from flower to flower. In the centre of each flower is a deep burgundy red carpel. This is a really special tree peony, one to be treasured and nurtured. Height and spread after 8 years approx 120cm x 90cm.

Osmanthus x burkwoodii
A slow-growing, evergreen shrub with small, dark green, glossy leaves and in spring bearing masses of pure white, highly fragrant flowers, followed by small black fruits.
Abelia 'Edward Goucher'

Athyrium niponicum var. pictum
One of the most recognizable and popular of all ferns. Grey green and purple fronds, and a neat growth habit up to 45cm in height and spread. Best in shade, but tolerates sun if planted in moist soil. Deciduous. Note that younger plants will not develop the full patternation until they are slightly more established, and the patternation will be stronger in a little more shade than it will in a sunnier position.
Camellia japonica 'Brushfield's Yellow'
An upright, evergreen shrub with glossy, dark green foliage and in winter and spring, bearing double, creamy-white flowers with a yellow centre. Camellias are best grown in a sheltered position to prevent frost damage to the buds, and need to be planted in slightly acidic soil or ericaceous compost if planted in pots.
Epimedium 'Amber Queen'
A superb plant for shady borders, producing a large, evergreen clump of triangular green leaves splashed burgundy when young. It flowers over a long period, often repeating in early autumn with creamy white petals with a dark orange mouth with yellow-tipped spurs.
